In this workout fit for one or two persons you will go through the Pilates repertoire alternating between our Reformer apparatus, Foam Roller and Bosu to simulate the Arc Barrel. Feel the challenge that these pieces of equipment offer, and leave feeling relaxed, rejuvenated and energised!
