ABOUT GEORGETTE
A proud mother of two, Georgette has over 16 years fitness instructing experience, 15 of which she specialized in the Stott Pilates method, the contemporary, anatomically-based approach to the original Joseph Pilates method. This method incorporates modern exercise science and rehabilitation principles for a safe and highly effective low-impact way to strengthen the body. She is level 2 certified in Stott Pilates Mat & Reformer & is also Cadillac, Chairs and Barrels trained. Georgette is a member of the Register of Exercise Professionals (now CIMPSPA) and the YMCA Graduate Association. Her classes focus on functional movement while fostering an active mind-body connection. She continually attends workshops and courses to stay current & her goal is to help you achieve a balanced body that looks fit, feels energized and moves with ease, important goals whether you’re a rehab patient or elite athlete. For fun Georgette enjoys going to the theatre, dancing, and playing the violin
